The Messaging Program
Vertex Dental Studio sends these messages through its ALLONXFLOW case management portal. They go only to the licensed dental professionals and authorized staff who hold a portal account and who have added their own mobile number and ticked the consent box in Notification Settings. Every message is an operational alert about a dental case that user submitted or is working on. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- Who sends the messages. Vertex Dental Studio, through its ALLONXFLOW case management portal. Every message begins with ALLONXFLOW so the sender is identifiable.
- Who receives them. Only licensed dental professionals and their authorized staff who hold an approved portal account, and who have added their own mobile number and given consent in Notification Settings. Patients do not hold accounts and never receive messages.
- Why they are sent. To tell a practice that something changed on a dental case it submitted — the case was received, files were uploaded, a message was posted, or the case was completed.
- Campaign type. Account notifications. This is a transactional, operational program. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
How Users Opt In
There is exactly one way to join this program, and it happens inside the portal after a practice has been verified. Numbers are never purchased, imported from third parties, or entered by our staff on a user’s behalf.
- A licensed dental practice requests a portal account and provides its professional details. Vertex Dental Studio verifies the practice before access is granted.
- The approved user signs in and opens Profile → SMS Notifications inside the portal.
- The user types their own mobile number into the phone field. Numbers are never imported, purchased, or added by staff on a user’s behalf.
- The user ticks a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. The "Add number" button stays disabled until it is ticked, so consent is always an active choice.
- The user clicks "Add number". The number is stored against that user’s own account and begins receiving operational case alerts.
The consent language shown to the user
This is the exact text displayed beside the consent checkbox in the portal, word for word:
I agree to receive text messages from ALLONXFLOW about activity on my cases (case received, files uploaded, new message, case completed). Message frequency varies with activity on your cases. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
The consent screen
Because the portal requires a sign-in, the control is reproduced below exactly as an approved user sees it at Profile → SMS Notifications:
The Opt-In Screen
SMS Notifications
Add phone numbers to receive SMS alerts for new messages and case updates.
The button stays disabled until the box is ticked. The box is never ticked for you.
Consent is an active choice on every number: the checkbox is unchecked by default, it is never saved as a preference, and it resets after each number is added, so a second number requires a second explicit consent.
What We Send

No patient information is sent by text. Messages reference a case number only. Patient names, clinical details and the contents of portal messages are never included — the recipient signs in to the portal to view them.
- Message frequency varies with activity on your cases.
- Message and data rates may apply.
How Users Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any message. That number is unsubscribed immediately.
- Or open Profile → SMS Notifications in the portal and click "Remove" beside the number.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support using the details below.
Opting out of text messages does not affect the account or email notifications. Removing the last number simply ends text messaging for that user.
How the Number Is Handled
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- The only data collected for messaging is the mobile number the user enters and the record that they consented.
- The number is disclosed only to the telecommunications provider that transmits the message on our behalf, solely to deliver it.
- Mobile opt-in data is excluded from every other category of sharing described in our Privacy Policy, including any business transfer.
